Learn about Sterling North and Hear an Excerpt From Rascal
Sterling North spent his childhood in Edgerton, making wonderful memories with his many pets, especially his beloved raccoon, Rascal. Sterling had a great love of animals and nature. Although his autobiography, Rascal, tells of his adventures on Lake Koshkonong, Saunders Creek and at the Indianford Dam when he was eleven years old, he didn't write the book until he was fifty-seven years old. It's obvious that he treasured all of those childhood memories for a lifetime.
